Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of order, provided your purchase is returned to us unused and in its original packaging. A refund will be provided within 7 days of receipt of return via the original purchase method. 

Please note, a flat return postage fee of £3.39 will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Use Only Approved Wax Melt Burners

• Correct Burner Type: Always use a proper wax melt burner designed for the specific type of wax melts you’re using. These can either be electric warmers or tealight-powered burners.

• No Direct Flame: Never place wax melts directly on an open flame. This can be a fire hazard and may cause the wax to overheat.

• Sturdy Base: Ensure the burner has a stable base and won’t easily tip over.

Keep Wax Melts Away from Heat Sources

• Avoid Overheating: Never leave wax melts in a burner for extended periods of time (typically no more than 4 hours), and ensure the burner is not overheating.

• Keep Away from Flammable Materials: Do not place the burner near curtains, papers, or any other flammable materials.

• Room Ventilation: Use wax melts in well-ventilated areas, as prolonged use may lead to a buildup of fragrance oils.

Proper Placement

• On a Heat Proof Surface: Always place your wax melt burner on a heat proof surface (e.g., a ceramic, glass, or metal tray) to protect your furniture from heat damage.

• Out of Reach of Children and Pets: Keep wax melts and burners out of reach of young children and pets to prevent accidents such as burns or ingestion.

Never Leave Unattended

• Supervision: Never leave a burning wax melt unattended. Always monitor the wax melt while it’s in use.

• Turn Off When Not in Use: If using an electric burner, make sure to turn it off when you’re done. If using a tealight burner, allow the candle to burn out naturally or extinguish the flame when you’re finished.

Wax Melt Storage

• Cool, Dry Place: Store wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Heat can cause the wax to soften and lose its fragrance.

• Sealed Containers: Keep wax melts in airtight containers to preserve their fragrance and avoid contamination from dust or debris.

Be Mindful of Allergens

• Check the Ingredients: Some wax melts contain fragrance oils or essential oils that could trigger allergies or sensitivities. Always check the ingredients list and avoid products with known allergens if necessary.

• Ventilate the Room: Ensure your room is well-ventilated when using wax melts, especially if you are sensitive to strong scents or chemicals.

Disposal of Used Wax

• Allow Wax to Cool: Once the wax has cooled, carefully remove it from the burner. Never attempt to remove hot wax, as it could cause burns.

Fire Safety

• Always Extinguish: If using a tea light candle in a wax melt burner, make sure to extinguish the candle once you’re done. Always have a fire extinguisher or water source nearby when using open flames.

Avoid Ingestion or Skin Contact

• Do Not Ingest: Wax melts should never be ingested. If accidentally consumed, seek medical advice immediately.

• Skin Contact: Avoid prolonged skin contact with melted wax. If you spill wax on your skin, allow it to cool, then remove it carefully.

• Use Only in Dry Areas: Always use electric wax melt warmers in dry, safe areas. Never use near water sources (such as sinks, tubs, or showers).
